African Animal Adventure

Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli
Depart in the morning for the drive to Amboseli game park. The drive across Maasai country is enlivened by the sight of the proud warriors and by the wildlife scattered across the plains, often in close proximity to domestic livestock. You arrive in time for lunch and rest before an afternoon game drive to explore this wonderland situated at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.

Day 2: Amboseli
Breakfast at the lodge followed by an early morning game drive. Return for lunch, thereafter proceeding for a further game drive in search of the lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, rhino, birds, and numerous species of the plain's game. Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.

Day 3: Amboseli - Tsavo West National Park
After an early morning breakfast and then proceed to Tsavo West National Game Reserve with viewing en route. The route follows the base of the Chyulu Hills and crosses a great lava flow which evidences Mt. Kilimanjaro's volcanic past. Lunch and an afternoon game drive in Kenya's largest park. A visit is made to Mzima Springs where, from an underwater observation tank, it is possible to see submerged hippo walking on the floor of the springs. Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Lodge.

Day 4: Tsavo West - Tsavo East
Leave the lodge after breakfast and drive to Tsavo East with game viewing en route. Arrive at the Voi Safari lodge in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive enables you to explore this extensive park famed for its enormous elephant population. Dinner and overnight at Voi Safari Lodge.

Day 5: Tsavo East - Mombasa
After breakfast the tour continues to Mombasa which is reached by lunchtime. The tour ends on arrival in Mombasa
